Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Beyond Campus when you use our website or book our support.

Last updated: October 2026Applies to every enquiry, consultation and support package

Please read these terms before booking. The sections on academic integrity, cancellations, refunds and liability are the ones most worth your attention.

In plain language: we provide educational mentorship and advisory support, we never guarantee an outcome, you stay responsible for what you submit, and you can cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice.

01Acceptance of these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and Beyond Campus when you use this website or buy any of our support services. By sending an enquiry, booking a consultation or paying for support, you confirm that you have read and accept them.

If a written plan or quotation you have been given says something different, that document takes priority for the work it covers.

02What we do — and what we do not do

Beyond Campus provides educational mentorship and advisory support to international students in the UK and USA. Depending on what you book, that includes:

  • one-to-one tutoring and subject guidance;
  • research, reading and methodology guidance, and help shaping a research proposal;
  • dissertation and project coaching, including structuring and progress review;
  • exam technique, past-paper practice and revision planning;
  • study skills, time management and academic writing coaching;
  • editing and proofreading feedback on a draft you have written yourself;
  • CV, application and interview coaching, and careers advice.

To be equally clear, we are not:

  • an admissions agency — we do not apply to universities on your behalf or secure offers;
  • a visa or immigration advice firm — we are not regulated to give immigration advice;
  • a writing, marking or grading service — we do not produce work for you to submit as your own, and we do not assess or mark your institution’s work.

03Academic integrity

Our support exists to develop your understanding, writing and research skills. Guidance, feedback and coaching are provided so that you can produce and defend your own work.

You remain entirely responsible for complying with your institution’s academic misconduct, collusion and generative-AI policies, and for everything you submit. Before we begin, we will ask you to confirm that you have read those rules and that the work you want help with is permitted to receive support.

We will not:

  • write, complete or rewrite an assignment, dissertation or exam answer for you to submit as your own;
  • carry out your research, collect your data, or run your analysis on your behalf;
  • continue work that we believe would breach your institution’s academic integrity policy.

Editing and proofreading are limited to feedback on a draft you wrote yourself. If we decline or stop work on these grounds, the fees already earned remain payable and any undelivered balance is refunded under section 6.

04Booking consultations

Support usually starts with a free scoping conversation. If we are a good fit, we send a written plan setting out the scope, the deliverables, the timeline and the price. Work begins once you accept that plan and any agreed payment has cleared.

Consultations are held by video call unless we agree otherwise. You need a quiet space, a working connection, and to join on time. If you are late, the session still ends at the booked finish time. If you do not attend, the session is counted as delivered.

We may assign a different mentor with equivalent subject expertise where availability or the best fit requires it, and we will tell you before it affects your work.

05Cancellations and rescheduling

  • You can reschedule a consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts.
  • Inside 24 hours, we will move your session once without charge for illness or another documented emergency; otherwise the session is charged in full.
  • You can end a support package at any time by emailing support@beyondcampusglobal.com.
  • If we need to reschedule, you are offered an equivalent slot or a full refund of that session.

06Refund policy

  • Before work starts — you receive a full refund of everything paid, less any card or processor fee we have already been charged.
  • Once work has started — we refund the undelivered, unused balance pro-rata, less a 10% administration deduction on early cancellation of a package.
  • Sessions already delivered, and sessions missed through your own no-show or late cancellation, are not refundable.
  • We do not refund third-party costs you have paid elsewhere, such as tuition, application or examination fees.

Send refund requests to support@beyondcampusglobal.com. We respond within 10 working days and return money to the original payment method within 14 days of approving the request.

If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin before that window closes, you agree that any refund is reduced to reflect the support already delivered.

07Payments and pricing

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling unless we state otherwise, and any applicable tax is shown in the quotation. Payment is by bank transfer or card, as agreed in your plan.

We may pause work where an agreed payment becomes more than 14 days overdue, and we may charge interest on late amounts at the Bank of England base rate plus 4%. Quoted prices do not include your own software, database, printing or travel costs.

08Intellectual property rights

You keep everything that is yours. Your drafts, research, data, conclusions and finished submissions remain entirely yours, and nothing in these terms transfers them to us. You give us permission to work on your material only for as long as it takes to deliver your support.

What you receive from us. Deliverables we prepare for you — plans, annotated feedback, review notes and templates — are licensed to you for your own personal study and development. You may keep and use them, but not resell, republish or distribute them commercially.

What stays ours. Our teaching methods, frameworks, session structures, question banks, guides and know-how remain Beyond Campus property. Nothing in these terms gives you a right to copy, resell or white-label them.

Feedback and comments are given for your learning. They are not an endorsement, an assurance of marks, or a substitute for your institution’s own guidance.

09Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • give us accurate information about your course, deadline, institution and the help you need;
  • send any material we have asked for in good time — late material can delay delivery;
  • attend sessions on time and do the work between them;
  • check your institution’s rules before submitting anything you have worked on with us;
  • use our services lawfully and not share our materials, pricing or another student’s work with anyone else.

10No guarantees

We never guarantee a grade, classification, pass, degree outcome, university offer, admission, visa, or job. Outcomes depend on your own work and attendance, your institution’s marking and decisions, and third parties we do not control. Nothing on this website, in a consultation, or in a plan should be read as a promise about a result. Where we describe past student experience, it is illustrative and not a prediction of your outcome.

11Limitation of liability

Where the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising out of these terms or the support we provide is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings, lost income, lost opportunity, lost data, damage to reputation, or any action your institution takes against you — including academic misconduct proceedings, mark reductions, or withdrawal.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12Mutual confidentiality

Each side keeps the other’s confidential information private. We keep your academic work, personal details and the fact that you work with us confidential, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep our pricing, methods, materials and any unpublished student information confidential, and not to share them publicly or with another provider.

13Communications and marketing

We contact you by email, WhatsApp or phone about your enquiry and your support. Marketing messages are sent only where you have asked for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.

14Complaints

Tell us at support@beyondcampusglobal.com and we will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 15. If you are not satisfied with our answer, ask for it to be escalated to a senior member of the team and we will review it and write back with the outcome.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The version published on this page when you book applies to that booking, unless we tell you otherwise in writing. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were most recently revised.

16Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you normally live in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
